The embargo on the publication of reviews of the upcoming action adventure God of War Ragnarök from SIE Santa Monica Studio has dropped on the web.

An hour after the appearance of the first materials from critics, the game received 94 points on the review aggregation website Metacritic, which puts it in second place in the list of the most highly rated novelties of 2022 after ELDEN RING, which received 96 points out of 100.

God of War: Ragnarok also became the new leader in metascore among all Sony projects for the PS5, ahead of the remake of Demon's Souls with an average rating of 92/100.
