Cyberpunk 2077 developers have released an official tool for modding

CD Projekt introduced REDmod — a free DLC for Cyberpunk 2077, which adds built-in mod support.

The official tool allows you to upload and install files, including sounds, animations, scripts, and more, to help users change the experience of the game.

REDmod supports previously released modifications and will be updated with the release of patches for the game to ensure maximum compatibility. Nexus Mods also promised to support the product.

The extension can be downloaded in digital stores and on the studio's website.
