It seems that the developers from the EA Motive studio may not be limited to a remake of only the first part of Dead Space, released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, and are already planning to create an updated version of the space horror sequel.

As you know, the remake of Dead Space contains a "New Game +" mode, which offers an alternative ending that was absent in the original game, and some additional elements.

Among the latter are new audio recordings. During the passage, you can hear two characters discussing job search in connection with the upcoming decommissioning of the ship "Ishimura".

One of the entries mentions that it is possible to get a job at the densely populated space station "Cluster" — it is she who is the scene of Dead Space 2.

New audio recordings do not appear during the first passage of the game — they were purposefully added to the "New Game +", and many took this as a hint to create a remake.
