A few days ago, leading designer Dying Light 2: Stay Human Timon Smektala held a question and answer session in the Discord channel of the game.

The WCCFTech portal collected the most interesting answers, which tells how developers plan to support the project further.

The studio is actively working on adding tools for modding in the PC version of the game and is studying the possibility of transferring mods from PC to console.

The expansion of Bloody Ties, like the main game, will offer a single pass and online cooperative, but developers see much more potential in the format of the arena and do not exclude the possibility of adding new modes and events.

In addition, the main priority for the studio after the release of the DLC will be to strengthen the network aspects of the game.

Developers now do not want to go too far, but noted that the interaction of players in the future will be paid much attention.

Adding new types of weapons was one of the most popular requests of the community.

Smectala did not confirm anything, just mentioning that the studio has always sought to develop a franchise in accordance with the expectations of players.

In future updates, Techland is also going to add 2 levels of Legend, stats, X-ray vision and new animations to Dying Light.

Cross-platform multiplayer is unlikely to appear due to complex technical implementation. Bloody Ties for Dying Light 2 will be released on November 10 and will be charged.
