The Crew 2 will get 60 FPS on Xbox Series S and 1440p in performance mode on Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5

In July of this year, Ubisoft updated The Crew 2 for current-generation consoles.

The update added, among other things, a choice of 4K or 60 FPS modes, but improvements appeared only on the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5, while the Xbox Series S version was left out.

Fortunately, Ivory Tower still hasn't forgotten about the junior console.

The studio announced that as part of the launch of the seventh season, the racing game will receive improved performance on the Xbox Series S with a target threshold of 60 frames per second in color up to 1080p.

In addition, the developers took into account the complaints of players and improved the 60 FPS performance mode on the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5, raising the upper limit of dynamic resolution from 1080p to 1440p.

Finally, the update of the seventh season will increase the readability of the global map, fix the problem with the wheels sinking under the asphalt in some cars, and also add a new series of races with a sandstorm, new cars, new weekly competitions and much more.

The seventh season starts on November 16.
