First Deadrop gameplay— a new shooter from the popular streamer Dr. Disrespect and Call of Duty veterans

The Midnight Society development studio, founded by popular American streamer Guy "Dr Disrespect" Bim, showed the debut gameplay of its first-person shooter Deadrop.

The first snapshot of the game became available for download to confirmed users.

As planned earlier, he offers the participants of the test to evaluate the very first weapons invented for the game and the starting location.

These playable prototypes will appear every six weeks and are part of the team's plan to engage the audience in the project development process.

In addition to Beam himself, the Midnight Society included Call of Duty veteran Robert Bowling and a native of 343 Industries Quinn DelHoyo.

Deadrop is a vertical competitive PvPvE project, combining elements of arena shooters, royal battles and based on games about evacuation mechanics. The game will feature two factions: Skins and Syns.

Players will have to fight for resources and equipment, and the gameplay will resemble raids from Escape from Tarkov or Hunt: Showdown. The project takes place in the fictional area of Refiner States.

There, a concentrate (drug) called "Cosmic Dust" is created from toxins and pollutants and sold to the dependent population, which attracts factions.

It is noteworthy that early access to the game is sold through special NFT passes. The cost of one token is $50.

For this solution, the streamer has already received a criticism shaft from users. The shooter is still in development for only 6 months, so the release date is still unknown.
