Studio 343 Industries recently released a new patch for Halo Infinite, after which the shooter was no longer supported on PCs with certain graphics accelerators.

If you installed the latest update and at the same time your video card has less than 4 GB of memory, then you will no longer be able to play the game.

If the project worked before, then after the update it won't even start.

The DSOGaming portal writes that owners of a stripped-down GeForce GTX 1060 by 3 GB may face a similar problem, although in fact it is more powerful than the GPU specified in the minimum system requirements.

At the same time, the official notes to the update from March 15 do not mention any changes about the required amount of VRAM from the GPU.

Moreover, as noted by WCCFTech, the requirement of 4 GB of video memory for Halo Infinite has existed since the launch of the game in December 2021, but earlier the shooter could work on video cards with less VRAM.

Minimum system requirements from the Microsoft Store:Microsoft and the developers from 343i have not commented on the problem yet.
