The role-playing game Xenoblade Chronicles 3 for Nintendo Switch topped the British weekly chart with the largest start-up sales in the history of the series, said the editor of GamesIndustry.biz Chris Dring.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is now the second fastest selling Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition is the third.
They did not lag far behind the third part, but had an advantage in the form of collector's editions than the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 does not yet boast.
A special edition of the third game will be delivered to pre-orders not earlier than the fall and will not be marked on the charts, as it is the exclusive store of My Nintendo Store Nintendo itself.
Digital sales of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 are unknown, but the game now tops eShop ratings worldwide.
