When Sony revealed the details of the PlayStation VR2 release earlier this month, the company announced only two games that will be released on launch day - Horizon: Call of the Mountain and Cities VR: Enhanced Edition.

However, as it turned out, fans of No Man's Sky also have something to wait for.

Hello Games has confirmed to Eurogamer that the previously announced space adventure update for PC R 2 will appear along with the new headset on February 22, 2023.

The studio announced plans to improve No Man's Sky for a new Sony VR device back in June.

According to the developers, the updated game uses the capabilities of the PlayStation 5 in combination with the PS2 and its controllers to increase the level of immersion and credibility by several steps up.

What kind of improvements will be brought to the game, Hello Games has not yet specified.
