The creators of Overwatch 2 would like to make a crossover with Naruto

The head of Overwatch 2 development, John Spector, expressed interest in arranging crossovers with various franchises in the new multiplayer shooter, as Epic Games does in its popular Fortnite battle royale.

As an example for a crossover, the developer called the anime "Naruto", although he did not confirm any plans for the planned events.

"We've seen some really interesting examples of games working with other brands or other games," he said. Spector. "I'm a big fan of anime myself.

It's cool when Naruto appears in Fortnite. I don't even play Fortnite, but it's cool."

Overwatch 2 is released in early access on October 4 on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
