The new Cyberpunk will be made in the USA with the main developers of the original at the helm

The main members of the Cyberpunk 2077 development team will move to the USA, where they will lead the production of the recently confirmed sequel.

This was told by the game's quest director Pavel Sasko, who announced on his Twitter page that he would soon move from the Polish headquarters of CD Projekt RED to help create a new team in Boston that would create a sequel to Cyberpunk 2077.

According to the designer, the backbone of the Polish team responsible for the first game will fly to the USA with him.

The sequel will be created in collaboration with teams from Warsaw and Vancouver. "CD Projekt", "Киберпанк", "Проект Орион", "CD Projekt RED Северная Америка".

However, initially the company did not specify whether any of the creators of the first game would move to the new studio and how many there would be.

Work on Project Orion will begin after the release of a large-scale story expansion Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, scheduled for next year.
