The sequel to the horror movie "Trick or Treat" is in active development

After almost 15 years, the cult Halloween horror "Trick or Treat" may get a sequel.

The hope for this was given to the fans by the director of the film Michael Dougherty ("Godzilla 2: King of Monsters") at the Beyond Fest, where he announced that the second part is at the stage of active development.

However, the director stressed that the Lionsgate film studio has not yet given the green light to launch the project into production.

Nevertheless, given the success of the original film and the fact that it will be shown in American cinemas for the first time on October 6, it seems that the chances of a sequel are higher than ever.
