Saints Row's restart went to gold a month before the official release

Volition Studio and Deep Silver Publishers have sent to the gold a relaunch of the action pack with the world's open Saints Row.

Thus, it can be stated that the project will be released on all available platforms on August 23. "Gold" status indicates the actual end of the game development.

The master disc is sent for printing and certification to platform holders — in this case, Sony, Microsoft and Epic Games.

The game was originally planned to be released on February 25, but then the release moved to late summer. For the particularly impatient, a free Boss Factory character editor was introduced in June.

The restart of the series tells the story of four young friends — Nina, Kevin, Elai and Boss, who decide to organize a criminal empire.

Saints Row will be released on PC (Epic Games Store), PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and in the Google Stadia cloud service.

Preorders are open, but due to restrictions imposed in Russia are only available on the PlayStation (via the PS Store on the console).
