During IGN Fan Fest 2023, a fresh trailer for Starship Troopers: Extermination, a cooperative first—person shooter based on the movie "Starship Troopers", was presented.

The novelty is going to be presented in early access on PC in 2023. The independent studio Offworld Industries is responsible for the development.

Players will join an elite group of special forces and, as part of mobile infantry, go into battle with arachnids — intelligent insect-like creatures from the Klendatu star system.

It is necessary to fight in a team of up to 12 people. You can choose from three classes with their own weapons, skills and ammunition.

Starship Troopers Extermination contains leveling, which opens access to additional items and skills.

In the course of missions, you need to unite in groups of four people to complete a variety of tasks, including protecting the base or searching for resources.
