Forever Entertainment and developers from MegaPixel Studio announced that already on September 23, The House of the Dead: Remake will be released on Xbox Series X|S. The House of the Dead: Remake is an update of the classic rail shooter, released on arcade machines in 1997.
In the remake, the developers remained faithful to the original gameplay, but modernized the graphics and management to meet current gaming standards.
The project offers a local mode for two players, several ends, photo mode, support for achievements, a weapons room with unlockable weapons, a new game mode with hordes of undead and a gallery.
The Xbox Series X|S version offers custom graphics and performance in addition to this.
The House of the Dead: Remake was originally released on April 7 only on Switch, and on the 28th of the same month went on sale for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC via Steam and Gog.
