Previews of the action adventure God of War: Ragnarok began to appear on the web.
The Press-Start portal played for several hours in the upcoming novelty and talked about the graphic modes available in the game.
There are four of them in total: Favor Resolution with 4K resolution and 30 frames per second blocked, Favor Performance with 60 frames per second blocked, as well as their options with a High Frame Rate setting, when turned on, the game will switch to 4K with 40 frames per second blocked in the first case and will provide an increased framerate of up to 120 frames per second in the second.
The resolution in the Favor Performance mode is still unknown. For the High Frame Rate option, you need a TV with a 120 Hz screen and HDMI 2 support.
1. It is noted that in the Favor Resolution mode in conjunction with the High Frame Rate, the game looks very good and provides a really smooth gameplay at 40 FPS, especially if you use VRRP.
At the same time, even in performance mode, there is no noticeable decrease in visual quality, as it was in the same Horizon: Forbidden West at the start.
"So if you want to play at 60 or 120 FPS, it is quite possible without feeling that you are deprived of any visual manifestations."
New screenshots:God of War Ragnarok is released on November 9 on PS5 and PS4.
