Games in the Forza series usually leave the Microsoft Store four years after release due to expired car licenses, but it seems that in the case of Forza Horizon 4 everything will be different.

According to the Forza Horizon community manager on the franchise's official forum, the company has no plans to curtail digital sales of FH4 in the near future, although exactly 48 months have passed since its release.

This means that Xbox Game Pass users will still be able to play the race by subscription, but sooner or later the game will be removed from the service library, as it happened earlier with Forza Motorsport 7.

"Hello everyone. Don't worry, we don't plan to take Forza Horizon 4 off [digital] sales anytime soon!

"It is not specified how much longer the fourth Forza Horizon will last in the MS Store, but usually the company notifies in advance about the timing of the termination of sales and arranges before that a promotion with large discounts on the game and additions to it.

Forza Horizon 4 was released on Xbox One and PC on October 2, 2018, and in November 2020 received a next-gen upgrade for the Xbox Series X|Series.
