Sony decided to introduce newcomers to the God of War story before the release of God of War Ragnarok on PS4 and PS5

In 2018, God of War was released on PlayStation 4, where fans of the franchise had the opportunity to look at Kratos from the other side.

If you have not yet learned the story of a father and son traveling through the realm of Scandinavian mythology, or you have forgotten everything, Sony is ready to bring you up to speed.

To prepare for the upcoming release of God of War: Ragnarök, the company published a special video titled "Midgard Myths".

The video is an animated collection of stories about the events that took place in God of War (2018), the purpose of which is to introduce players to the previous part of the series.

Midgard's Myths featured actress Felicia Day, starring in Supernatural and Buffy the Vampire Slayer, as well as Mimir, one of the characters in the game.

God of War: Ragnarök will go on sale on November 9 this year.
