At the beginning of the year, Blizzard Entertainment announced the development of the game in the new universe.
The project is supposedly created within four years and in its early version was played "many hours" by the head of the company Mike Ibarra.
It is officially known that the game is being prepared in the genre of "survival", but Blizzard Entertainment did not provide more details.
Jez Corden managed to find out the details of the project, and the journalist hastened to share them in the podcast The Xbox Two.
The insider notes that the information is based on an assembly that has been outdated for several months, so some data may be incorrect. Inside the company, the nameless game is codenamed Odyssey.
It is visually similar to Everwild and aesthetically reminiscent of Fable Legends.
The new development of Blizzard Entertainment is a standard "survival" with construction mechanics and traditional elements, including the use of a bow, arrows and lots of magic.
This is not an MMO, like ARK: Survival Evolved, but it also uses a first-person view.
Players will be able to sell something similar to Fallout 76, such as opening a potion store and offering it to other users.
The world of the game contains several complex fantasy machines, real "steam tanks" built with the help of alchemy.
