Actor Tony Todd, who is engaged in voicing Venom in Marvel's Spider-Man 2, let slip about the release date of the new superhero action game Insomniac Games for PlayStation 5.
Todd posted on Twitter a post with a new photo of himself from the motion capture studio, which was commented on by one of the users, who said that "he does not believe in a fast enough release of Spider-ManMan 2".
In his response to a skeptical fan, Todd wrote that a large-scale Spider-Man 2 advertising campaign will start in August.
According to him, then commercials of the game will begin to be released, and the project itself, as he expects, will be on sale a month after that — in September. "It seems to be September!
A large-scale advertising [campaign] starts in August. The commercials will start appearing in August, I was told.
Hold on to... and hold your breath! It will be necessary."
Earlier, Sony posted on the PlayStation blog a selection of the largest of the announced releases scheduled for release in 2023.
Among other things, Marvel's Spider-Man 2 was mentioned in the list, which has an official release window - autumn 2023.
In addition, the game has already begun to be promoted in Malaysia, where in March a thematic installation with a car and a web was installed in front of one of the local shopping centers.
