The video introduces the audience to the basics of the combat system and pumping of the new RPG from Naoki Yoshida, tells about the world and shows various picturesque locations, as well as demonstrates spectacular battles with ordinary opponents, bosses and akons.

In addition, the developers confirmed that the main theme music for the game was written and performed by the popular Japanese composer and singer Kensi Enezu — it was called "Tsuki o Mite Ita" ("Moongazing" or "Admiring the Moon").

Enezu may be known to you by the opening song to the popular anime "Chainsaw Man" - the clip for it has collected almost 100 million views in 5 months.

According to Final Fantasy XVI producer Naoki Yoshida, Yonezu is a big fan of Final Fantasy and gladly agreed to participate in the development of the game.

In other words, instead of the classic open world, players are waiting for a set of consecutive locations, contextually intertwined with each other.

It is noted that during the passage of the Final Fantasy XVI story campaign, players will visit various regions of Valestia.

After completing the cases in the next location, there is a return to a conditional hub offering access to merchants, blacksmiths and certain optional content.

At the same time, players will also be able to freely return from the hub to locations that have already been studied before.

By revisiting the levels, the developers plan to motivate the audience by adding new content — additional atkivities and tasks will begin to appear in the studied territories.

The game will offer both open locations with the possibility of free movement across large expanses, and strictly linear levels — conditional dungeons with a clear structure with a beginning, middle and end.

The worldwide premiere of Final Fantasy XVI will take place on June 22 only on PlayStaiton 5. Western journalists call Final Fantasy XVI "an example of a real nextgen".
