Overwatch 2 will get a second set of story missions only in 2024

In early August, Overwatch 2 will feature story missions for the first time. The first set of three PvE tasks will be released at the beginning of the sixth season and will cost $ 15.

However, fans will have to wait for the second portion of content at least until next year.

Overwatch 2 producer Jared Neuss said that the developers themselves do not know when the next set will be released. It is noted that its release will not take place in the next few seasons.

Although Blizzard did not specify how often it is going to add story tasks to the game, the authors are working hard on new content.

At the same time, the company is considering the option of releasing Overwatch 2 with all PvE missions in the future, when they accumulate a sufficient number.
