Basics of battles with monsters in the video horror The Chant

As part of Gamescom 2022, developers from the Brass Token studio presented a new gameplay video of the upcoming horror action The Chant.

In the video, the creative director of the game Mike Scupa briefly talked about the features of the combat system, tied to ritual objects that can be found and crafted with your own hands to resist cultists and creepy creatures from the other world.

An alternative option is to simply choose monsters.

According to the plot of The Chant, players are invited to a seminar on spiritual growth on an idyllic island away from civilization, but a peaceful weekend quickly turns into a series of nightmares when a group ritual opens the gates to Darkness – a psychedelic space of horrors fed by negative energy.

The Chant will be released on November 3 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
