In the new event, players will have a festive hunt for new enemies, as well as special daily and weekly tasks for players where they need to deal with festive horrors in exchange for a variety of rewards.

In addition, the authors recommend to look into the shop to the Unfortunate Baku, where several festive surprises are prepared for the players.

There is also a new global goal of the community: to collect 6 million stolen gifts. If the goal is reached, the Bauble Mace mace is unlocked.

By analogy with the Halloween event Dying Light 2, the developers have released a small themed DLC with cosmetics and special weapons for the winter event.

The Nutcracker Bundle set can be purchased for $2.99, or you can get it for free by taking part in the event. The set includes an outfit, a paraglider and a Nutcracker saber.

The event will last until January 5.
