The Last of Us Part I Firefly Edition buyers complain about delivery issues

Buyers of The Last of Us Part I faced massive problems in obtaining a collector's edition of the game, which in most cases is expressed in damaged packaging.

The owners of the Firefly Edition tell about this on social networks, pointing out the poor quality of shipping boxes — a valuable publication comes with dents and scratches.

"I got The Last of Us Part I Firefly Edition, but I am extremely disappointed with the poor packaging used by the PlayStation, which led to damage to the content," the buyer said.

I’m feeling frustrated. Paid $107.99 for The Last of Us Part 1 Firefly Edition, and it was damaged.

And there is no substitute, because the edition is limited. I can only get a refund, "a distressed buyer wrote.

Sony cannot offer a replacement because the edition has been issued in limited editions. There is a refund option.
