Beta Half-Life 2 VR to be released in September — enthusiasts presented a trailer of the latest build of the project

After several years of development, a group of modders engaged in portable Half-Life 2 in virtual reality, announced the release of a public beta version.

The project under the concise name Half-Life 2 VR ordinary players will be able to try it out in September.

The presented assembly can be completed from the beginning to the end, despite the fact that the development of the project is not far from completion.

The authors warn that there may be mistakes in the control and operation of weapons in the game. In addition, episodes are not supported.

The beta will use original models and textures, but modders are engaged in improving the quality, while refining the lighting. Changes are planned to be included in subsequent assemblies.

It was previously reported that the VR modification Half-Life 2 will officially be released on Steam — it received approval from Valve.
