Dataminers found KFC-style weapons in Diablo IV

Users studied the beta version of Diablo IV for hidden files and found in the pre-assembly five themed looks for weapons marked KFC.

It will probably be possible to get them during the promotional campaign. In the image below, you can see a bow, a staff, a scythe, a totem and a spear in the style of a chain of eateries.

The connection with KFC also emphasizes the name of the items. For example, the spear of The Hand of Gallus is a reference to the genus of chickens, and KFC just makes dishes from them.

The name of the Dread Pheasant Slayer onion refers to the pheasant family, the Thrumming Axle staff resembles a grill, and the Foul Reaper spit is a piece of chicken fillet on a fork.

Diablo IV will be released on June 6, 2023 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC. Customers who have pre-ordered will start playing four days earlier.
