In the opening week, the shooter Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II managed to rise to first place in the Steam chart in terms of sales revenue, ahead of the Steam Deck portable PC.
Another edition of the Activision project occupies the third line of the rating. Over the weekend, the new shooter broke its online record — more than 263 thousand people played it at the same time.
At the same time, the approval rating of Modern Warfare II on Steam is now only 55% — users complain about crashes, optimization problems, pumping system, balance in multiplayer and other elements, but the developers promise to fix everything with patches.
Another novelty of the week, the Victoria 3 strategy (our review), demonstrated one of the best launches in the history of Paradox Interactive, taking three out of ten lines in the weekly Steam chart.
Cyberpunk 2077 continues to confidently stay in the top five of the chart, and Gotham Knights quickly left the top ten.
