After that, an additional demo will be unlocked, where the developers will offer to test the combat system and the iconic abilities of the main character Clive in detail.

As part of a special broadcast on the occasion of the upcoming release of the game, Square Enix also said that the Japanese studio PlatinumGames, led by NieR: Automata producer Takahisa Taura, helped Creative Business Unit III with the development of Final Fantasy XVI.

In addition, the Naoki Yoshida group, which previously specialized mainly in the MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV, was supported by the creators of Kingdom Hearts from the Osaka studio Square Enix — they had a hand in the implementation of the combat system.

Buyers of Final Fantasy XVI will be able to play the game in performance mode or quality mode. The first is designed to provide a smooth gameplay at 60 FPS.

In high-speed battles, the game will dynamically control the rendering of certain visual effects so that the frame rate is always kept at a consistently high level.

On the other hand, during the study of locations, the frame rate counter can sometimes drop slightly below the set mark.

In quality mode, the picture will become clearer, but the frame rate will be limited to a value of 30 FPS. Final Fantasy XVI ads are already appearing on the streets of western cities.

In parallel, the promotion of the title musical composition of the game "Tsuki o Mite Ita" ("Moongazing" or "Admiring the moon") began from the popular Japanese artist Kensi Enezu.

Enezu may be known to you by the opening song to the popular anime "Chainsaw Man" - the clip for it has collected almost 100 million views in 5 months.

The worldwide premiere of Final Fantasy XVI will take place on June 22 only on PlayStation 5.
