In the fourth season of Halo: Infinite, a new progression system called Career Rank will appear.

According to the material from the Halo Waypoint blog, career ranks will be introduced on June 20 with the start of the next season and will become a new way to track the player's progress in all modes.

The Career Rank system will be similar to the progression systems from Halo: Reach and Halo: The Master Chief Collection. "To advance through the new ranks, all you have to do is play.

It doesn't matter if you're playing your favorite playlist alone or teaming up with friends, every completed matchmaking game will increase your progress."

Career Rank uses a progression based on results that are taken directly from the player's personal account in each match, so the better you play, the faster your rank will rise.

As can be seen from the published image, the system will be divided into six levels, divided into ranks with military ranks, and will allow you to go from a recruit to a hero.

The ranks of the players will be visible in the introductions to the matches, in the player profile and in the report on the murders after the game.

The developers note that career ranks will not affect the selection of players in any way and will not be reset at the end of each season, but are designed to track the overall progress of the player in Halo:
