Sonic Origins Plus received an age rating in South Korea

It looks like SEGA is getting ready to re-release last year's Sonic Origins in a new format. A certain Sonic Origins Plus has appeared on the website of the rating agency of South Korea.

The local commission assigned the game an age limit, but did not indicate what would be included in it.

In the past, Sonic Mania also received a Plus version with additional content about a year after release.

With the press and gamers alike lambasting Sonic Origin at release, SEGA has a chance to make things right with a re-release.

Sonic Origins was released on June 23rd for PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.

The collection includes remasters of the classic Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Sonic CD and Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles.
