Assassin's Creed: Infinity is being created by Ubisoft as a game center that unites all future releases in the franchise.

At the same time, according to Ubisoft, it will not just be a launcher, but a constantly developing center that functions as a personal Animus for each player.

Initially it was reported that the first Assassin's Creed to appear in this hub will be a game codenamed Codename Red in the setting of ancient Japan, but the launch of platforms seems to take place earlier than expected.

In the latest issue of Jeux Video, a well-known French magazine about games, it is reported that Assassin's Creed: Mirage will not be a separate release, as originally intended, but will become part of the Infinity platform.

The release of "Mirage" is scheduled for this year.

The events of the game will unfold in Baghdad of the 9th century and tell about the past of Basim from Valhalla, and in terms of gameplay, players are promised a return to the origins of the series with an emphasis on stealth, murder and parkour without including role-playing elements that appeared in the last three parts.
