In the development of The Callisto Protocol, The Striking Distance Studios team was assisted by about 150 specialists from PlayStation Studios Visual Arts.

As you know, the game turned out to be a technical nightmare at the start, however, according to the results of Digital Foundry testing, it turned out that the Xbox Series X and PC had the most problems, while the PlayStation 5 version turned out to be the most stable.

Because of this, a popular theory has appeared on the network that Sony's "zaslans" are allegedly to blame for the failed technical launch of the project on other platforms.

Game director Glen Schofield did not comment on the conversations for a long time, but at the weekend he decided to clarify the situation by dispelling the rumor.

According to him, Sony helped Striking Distance only in recording movements for cinematic scenes and did not participate in any additional development.

Since the release, The Callisto Protocol has already received several patches that have improved the state of the game.

In particular, strong statters were fixed on the PC and missing ray-tracing reflections appeared on the Xbox Series X.

The developers promise to continue releasing updates and hotfixes until all technical problems are solved.
