At the end of September, Ubisoft opened registration for testing a new cooperative PvE shooter, codenamed Project U. The event will be held from October 14 to 15, but before it began, the company had a leak: a promotional video for testers appeared on the network.
Throughout the video, the developers show gameplay footage and explain that the U in the name means Unite, that is, "unification".
Stylistically, the game resembles Fortnite, where players also run, shoot and fly. At the time of the announcement, Ubisoft was going to explore a "new concept of a cooperative shooter."
The release date and the official name of the shooter are still unknown.
