CD Projekt RED has published a method for transferring Cyberpunk 2077 save files from the closing Google Stadia to PC or console.

Following the step-by-step instructions, players can pull their saves from the cloud platform through the Google Takeout service and simply add them to the folder with the game files on the PC, continuing the passage from the previous place and all the previously accumulated progress.

In the case of consoles, you will need to launch the PC version, having previously copied the saves from Stadia, log in to REDlauncher, make sure that cross-platform saves are enabled in the game settings, then download the save file from Stadia and save the game.

Next, it remains to launch Cyberpunk 2077 on the console and log in to the same GOG account. Old saves will appear after syncing with the cloud.

Ubisoft, Bungie and IO Interactive are also working on the possibility of transferring saves from Stadia. Google's cloud gaming service will be closed on January 18, 2023.
