Sony and Ubisoft still haven't solved the problems with Assassin's Creed Syndicate on PS5 — the game has been restricted for PS Plus subscribers

Yesterday Sony announced the October games for the expanded PlayStation Plus plans. It turned out that three games from the subscription will not be available on PlayStation 5.

In its blog, the company clarified that it will be possible to play through a subscription to Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India, Assassin's Creed Chronicles: Russia and Assassin's Creed: Syndicate only on PlayStation 4.

Sony did not name the reason, but presumably this is due to the problematic backward compatibility of these projects on the PlayStation 5, given that all other games from the selection will be available on both consoles.

Assassin's Creed: Syndicate is one of the few big PS4 games coming with significant bugs on the PS5.

It is generally passable on the new console, but is teeming with a lot of serious graphical glitches that spoil the impression of the passage.

Earlier this year, Ubisoft support said it was working on a fix, but the message has since been deleted.
