Studio Squanch Games has announced that its first-person shooter High On Life has reached 7.5 million unique players.
The project was released on December 13 and immediately appeared in Game Pass, setting several new records, including it turned out to be the largest of the subscription releases for the entire 2022 year, and also showed the most successful launch in the history of the service among single games and titles from third-party developers.
In honor of reaching a new milestone, the developers also released a "laudatory" trailer for High On Life, where some media teased, mentioning a unit from Eurogamer and an "inaccessible quote" from the Kotaku review, for which the authors "did not want to pay them."
High On Life is available now on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC.
