After Redfall, Forza Motorsport and Starfield are released, from the announced major exclusives from Microsoft, Xbox Series X|S owners should wait for Senua's Saga: Hellblade II from Ninja Theory and Avowed from Obsidian Entertainment.

Commenting on the news from Robinson on the ResetEra forum, insider Nate Drake added that Hellblade could be released as early as the end of 2023, but Microsoft has not yet decided on the exact timing.
He also expressed the hope that Avowed will appear no later than the second half of 2024. "I've heard that Hellblade 2 could be released in the middle of the Christmas season in 2023 or early 2024.
Of course, a strategic delay may interfere in the matter - Microsoft will assess its position in the market by the Christmas holidays.

Nate Drake also said that Starfield looms as a very high—quality and interesting game - everyone praises it with one voice, there is no negativity.
"The release of Strarfield is now being delayed not because of the quality of the game - it is described exclusively in a positive way. This is a strategically important thing.
I would like to see it in June, but something tells me that it will be postponed to the next quarter, which will end at the end of September."
