The New Forza Motorsport will have More Advanced ray tracing on PC

Turn 10 studio has confirmed that the PC version of Forza Motorsport will offer more advanced ray tracing.

The computer version of the new racing simulator will get support for global lighting with ray tracing, but this option will not be available on the Xbox Series X|S.

According to the developers, the use of Ray Tracing Global Illumination technology will make the lighting even more realistic.

"In the case of applying ray tracing to global lighting on a PC, we simulate how light accumulates color as it bounces from surface to surface, so a barrier located next to the red gravel strip of the highway will be affected by this color, creating a scene in which all the parts are interconnected."

Along with RTVI, the game will also support retrace reflections on all platforms. Forza Motorsport will be released on October 10.
