The production of the role-playing game Avowed studio Obsidian Entertainment is accompanied by a number of problems and difficulties — this explains the absence of the project at yesterday's presentation Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase. Bloomberg journalist Jason Schrijer shared this information.
As explained by the insider, Avowed development has been "relaunched" several times since late 2020 or early 2021. In the same interval, the senior management of the project changed several times — the position of the game director was consistently held by different specialists.
"As far as I understand the situation from communication with people working at Obsidian who are not related to Chris Avellon, Avowed development has already been restarted several times, and last year the project also lost or changed several managers at once.
