Activision Blizzard has asked the court to dismiss a sexual harassment lawsuit filed against it by the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing of California (DFEH).

The company said in a statement that the plaintiff did not conduct a thorough investigation of all alleged incidents and did not help with the settlement of claims.

However, it is noted that DFEH requested official information from Activision Blizzard, but then filed a lawsuit without waiting for a response. According to the company, all these actions ultimately caused her reputational damage.

Recall that Activision Blizzard went to the world and agreed to pay 18 million dollars, but this decision did not suit DFEH. The court, however, dismissed the appeal, but the Department can still appeal the decision to the US Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
