Apple smartphones are cheaper in Russia

The cost of smartphones from Apple in Russia over the past two weeks has decreased to 30 percent. About it the newspaper "Izvestia" writes with reference to data of retail chains "M.Video - Eldorado", Re:Store, and "Svyaznoy".

In a press - service "M.Video" decrease in the prices on the iPhone explained "stabilized" demand. Now you can return discounts, including for other equipment.

"Svyaznoy" pointed out one of the reasons for the strengthening of the ruble. According to Mikhail Dogadin, vice president of procurement and development, prices for the most popular models, such as iPhone 11, are already comparable to February ones.

Re:Store added that in their stores, demand for the iPhone remains. For some positions, in particular, the most expensive models of Max, several pieces remain in stock, but the delivery of goods to Russia, as the representative stressed, continues.

IPhone prices peaked at the end of the first decade of March and amounted to 70–80% compared to February, but by the end of March the cost began to decrease gradually. According to online retailer Wildberries, some iPhone versions last month fell to 31 percent.
