Bloober Team First Shows Layers of Fears Gameplay

At Gamescom 2022, Bloober Team brought a gameplay trailer Layers of Fears, which details the "Last Note" — one of the storylines created specifically for the new game.

The video focuses on the Artist's Wife, a devastated musician whose version of the story the players have yet to hear.

At the end of the trailer there is a brief description of the place that will help to connect the stories of Layers of Fear and Layers of Fear 2.

Layers of Fears is a chronicle of psychedelic first-person nightmares with intense narrative and deep immersion.

The new game is based on the latest Unreal Engine 5 technologies, supports ray tracing, HDR and 4K screen resolution, and uses the Lumen system to enhance the immersive effect of the horror atmosphere.

Layers of Fears will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC in early 2023.
