Despite some lull, Bungie continues to work on new projects, and one of them, apparently, finally forced the studio to abandon Destiny technology in favor of a more modern engine.

In addition, the next Bungie game can move away from the gloomy tone and the universal scale of history inherent in all past projects of the studio.

This is hinting at the vacancy of a leading gameplay engineer.

As the media noted, Bungie indicated in the announcement that she was looking for candidates suitable for this position and are ready to join the development of a project in a new IP in a new genre, combining "amazing action" with "funny and bizarre characters.

" The vacancies also say about PVP recovers and it is quite specifically mentioned that the developer will work with the Unreal Engine 5 engine.

Among the skills from the applicant, the ability to create multi-user systems is required and it is desirable to develop multiplable titles and games for the development of multi-plates.

At the beginning of this year, Bungie confirmed that she was working on several non -anons with the support of Sony, which bought them last year.

The studio also previously reported that she plans to release a new game that was in no way connected with Destiny by 2025.

Perhaps this will be a project called Metter, whose trademark was registered a few years ago.

Sony, which has become the new owner of Bungie, is going to release ten service games until 2026, while the company says that the preparatory ruler includes different titles for different audiences that do not copy Destiny and Fortnite.
