CD Projekt RED started creating two new AAA games

The CD Projekt RED is still focused on Cyberpunk 2077, especially in light of the upcoming expansion of Phantom Liberty, but this is not the only thing the studio is doing right now.

In the financial report for the first half of 2022, CEO Adam Kiczynski confirmed that the CDPR has confirmed the start of work on two new AAA games.

"So, as announced last year, CD Projekt RED started parallel work on two AAA projects."

One of these projects appears to be the next part of The Witcher, which was announced earlier this year and is in the early stages of development.

There is no information about the second project, but it can be assumed that the studio has already begun to create the Cyberpunk 2077 sequel.

Earlier, Kichinsky stated that in 2022, CD Projekt RED will start developing new projects for studio-owned IP, and the two IPs owned by CD Projekt are The Witcher and Cyberpunk.
