CD Projekt RED: The new Witcher is not "Witch 4"

CD Projekt RED announced yesterday a new big game in the universe The Witcher on the engine Unreal Engine 5.

The company did not share the details, but many in the media called the project "Witch 4". The developers specified that this is not the case.

CDPR Director of Public Relations Radek Grabowski clarified two points: firstly, as already reported, the studio is not going to make the project an exclusive of any one store, despite the collaboration with Epic Games, and secondly, the game will not be called The Witcher 4.

At the moment, it is known only that the project will start a new saga and will take place in the open world, and the first poster shows the amulet of the Cat School. Will the old heroes appear in the game and where in the timeline of the game universe reported.

The development manager is Jason Slama, who has been in charge of Screw in recent years.
