Dogs will get their own game console

Dersim Advar and Marco Jenny, animal lovers, gamers and scientists, have launched a startup for the production of game consoles for dogs called Joipaw.

Such systems will be designed for physical and mental stimulation of quadrupeds, and will also help, as planned, delay the development of canine dementia.

For the game, the pet must use its nose to interact with the touch screen, and the reward for the right actions will be treats from the built-in dispenser.

At the moment, Joipaw includes two games: an analogue of "hit the mole" and a test in which the dog must choose the side with the most bubbles.

In addition, according to one of the startup's authors, there are plans for a game in which dogs and humans will compete with each other in attempts to avoid hedgehog spikes.

The launch dates of Joipaw have not yet been announced.
