Several games that are not part of the Xbox Game Pass may soon become available in Xbox Cloud Gaming.
As the Twitter user nicknamed Knoelbelbroet, in the section Cloud Gaming Beta store Xbox appeared pages of several games that are not available in Game Pass, including GTA V, ELDEN RING and Soul Hackers 2.
Attempting to test them for launch failed, which may indicate that game pages were added to the cloud service early or in error.
At the moment, the Xbox Cloud Gaming service is limited only to games that are part of the Game Pass subscription (except for F2P titles, such as Fortnite).
However, in June, Microsoft confirmed plans to implement the ability for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers to play from the cloud in games that they already own or purchased outside the Game Pass library.
At that time, the company stated that this function should be operational at the end of this year. Perhaps the news will be shared on Gamescom 2022, which will be held from August 24 to 28.
