Gabrielle Luna will star in a spy series with Arnold Schwarzenegger from "Jack Reacher"

An unnamed spy series with Arnold Schwarzenegger from Netflix streaming service was added to the main cast.

According to Variety, one of the regular roles in the show was taken by Gabrielle Luna, who had already worked with Schwarzenegger on "Terminator: Dark Destinies". Next year, the actor will be seen as Tommy in The Last of Us.

In addition, the cast was joined by Jay Baruchel, who is familiar with the fantasy adventure film The Wizard's Disciple, as well as by Aparna Briel (Jay and Silent Bob: Reboot), Andy Buckley (Office), Milan Carter (My Name is Dolemight), Fortune Feemster (Life in Detail), Barbara Eve Harris (Savages), Fabiana Udenio (Austin Powers: The Mystery Man) and Travis Van Winkle (You).

According to the storyline, the series will tell a story in the spirit of "Mr. and Mrs. Smith", only about the father (Schwarzenegger) and daughter (Monica Barbaro). Living in a family idyll, the heroes one day learn that for years each of them secretly worked for the CIA. They understand that all their inseparable relationships were lies and in fact they do not know each other at all, but there is a common mission ahead of them with global spy intrigues, action and humor.

The show will consist of eight episodes of one hour each. Nick Santora, co-author of Amazon's recent series "Jack Reacher", has been appointed as the showrunner, and Schwarzenegger himself will act as the executive producer.
