Infinity Ward Begins Teaser Sequel Shooter Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019)

The Infinity Ward studio, it seems, will present the continuation of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019 in the coming weeks.

On Friday, the developers "went into the shadows", changing the design in their social networks. Thus, the photos of the studio's Instagram* and Twitter account turned black, and a strange darkened image appeared in the Twitter profile header.

Increasing the brightness of the image, users noticed the silhouette of the character Ghost, which first appeared in the original Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 2009. Apparently, it's a shot from the debut trailer.

In February, Activision confirmed the continued development of Modern Warfare and the all-new Warzone. Both projects make Infinity Ward based on its updated engine.

According to early rumors, the sequel Modern Warfare (2019) will focus on the war with Colombian drug cartels.

It is assumed that the game may show something at the end of this month, and a full announcement is expected in May.
